All residents, regardless of their tenure or background, will be able to benefit from and contribute towards the SECAB project.
SECAB will talk directly to your landlord once we know who they are. If we do not know who they are, then we may need your help to find out.
We know the laws that apply to landlords and tenancies in Scotland. Most landlords are good landlords, and know and apply these rules and good practices too. Some may be more difficult. We are prepared to do the hard work in tracking down and getting whatever is legally required from your landlord.
SECAB will also help you find advice on your private tenancies, should that be required. We will not be able to provide advice directly, but we can point you in the right direction.
