All residents, regardless of their tenure or background, will be able to benefit from and contribute towards the SECAB project.
For social housing tenants, there will be less to do. SECAB is making contact with the registered social housing providers in these flats.
For most, this will be Port of Leith Housing Association. For some, it will be the council.
